About Our Founder
Pink has always held a special place in my heart as a symbol of healing, peace, and playfulness.
It provided me with healing in 2017 when I experienced the unexpected loss of my father, and it was during this time that I found comfort in the world of nail technology. Through my creative and artistic journey of self-discovery, I graduated from The Pink Room International Nail Academy (PRINA) and honed my craft at nail salons.
When the COVID-19 pandemic shook the world, I took the plunge and started my home-based business, NAILSBYD. It swiftly became a sanctuary of peace and tranquillity where my customers and I could retreat from the chaos of the outside world.
During my search for an identity for my new brick-and-mortar salon, I naturally gravitated toward pink, and "πππππππππ" was born. Every stroke of pink in my establishment symbolized the potential for beauty to arise from darkness and the possibility of dreaming big. Forging ahead into a new chapter, I hope the salon will continue to bring fun and playfulness to customers who are invaluable members of my community.
(And donβt worry, we use more than just pink in our salon! π)
